Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account & company info: name, email, company name, role, and settings.
• Content you enter: projects, schedules, punch-list items, deliveries, photos, notes, and similar data you and your team add.
• Usage & device data: log data, app interactions, and basic device/browser information used to operate and secure the Service.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and you should not enter it.

2. How we use information

• provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
• send service and account communications (e.g., invites, notifications, support);
• respond to your requests and troubleshoot issues;
• comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run the Service. They process data only to provide their service to us and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Current providers include:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing (when paid plans launch).

4. Data isolation and sharing

Your company’s data is logically separated from other customers’ data. We do not share Your Data with other customers, and we share it with third parties only as described here, with your direction, or as required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep Your Data while your account is active. After your account ends, we retain it for a grace period (currently at least twelve months) so you can recover it, then delete or anonymize it. You may request export or deletion sooner at help@suitecraft.ai.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-tenant data isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a material breach as required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise them, contact help@suitecraft.ai. Because we process much data on behalf of your company, we may direct certain requests to your company administrator.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for sign-in sessions and to remember preferences (such as language and theme). These are necessary for the Service to function; we do not use them for third-party advertising.

9. Children

The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
